Self-hosted capacity depends on your infrastructure and provider limits. Hosted request allowances reset monthly, including on annual plans. Payload capture is optional; classification feedback does not automatically retrain a model.

Self-hosted Relay runs for free on infrastructure you operate, with deployment-wide authentication and local configuration. Free Hosted is managed by AnchorShell and includes an account, Smart Groups, managed API keys, individual limits, and seven days of request history for one person.
What do Personal and Team add?
Personal adds capacity, longer request history, and optional payload capture for one person. Team includes ten people, more capacity, shared configuration, team permissions, and organization-wide usage and request visibility. The comparison above shows the exact allowances.
Are model-provider charges included?
No. These prices cover AnchorShell Relay. Model-provider usage, subscription charges, and commercial terms remain separate. Connected subscription support currently includes OpenAI Codex; access still depends on your provider account and terms.
What is a Smart Group?
A Smart Group uses request characterization and configured model assignments to select a suitable model path, with fallback behavior. It is included in every hosted tier, including Free. Ordinary ordered groups and basic request characterization remain available when self-hosting.
Can I start free and change my billing interval later?
Yes. Start with Free Hosted, then choose Personal or Team in your account’s Billing page. Billing also lets you review a change between monthly and annual billing before confirming it. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year; routed-request allowances still reset monthly.
Can I move from self-hosted Relay to hosted?
Yes. You can create a hosted account and configure your providers and routing there. There is no automatic migration of local credentials, configuration, or request history.
What happens when I reach my hosted allowance?
The self-service plans block additional requests when the routed-request allowance is exhausted; they do not automatically charge usage overages. You can review your usage and change plans in Billing.
Can Enterprise run in our environment?
Yes. Enterprise covers custom infrastructure and air-gapped deployments, alongside SSO, SOC 2, HIPAA, custom security requirements, integrations, and support. Contact us to define the deployment and commercial agreement for your organization.
